Handling time at our warehouse
All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within two business days* (Mon-Fri)!
The majority of orders sent to the capital region, Turku and Tampere, which reach us by 9 pm on a weekday, will be delivered on the next working day, if Posti is chosen as the transport company. Orders placed through DHL or Postnord leave our warehouse on the same business day if the order arrives before 2 p.m.
*During big campaigns, e.g. Everything -X% and Black Friday, collection times may be longer.

The transport time estimate is calculated from the day the delivery has left our warehouse.
The shipping company's delivery time to the pick-up point or recipient's address depends on the selected shipping company and delivery method. The transport companies are responsible for the delivery times of the transport companies.
Store pickups are usually collected within 24 hours. During campaign periods, the processing time is 2-7 days.

You can also pick up your order from Yeppo's store (not Oulu), if all the products you selected are available in the chosen store.
Products cannot be combined for delivery from both the online store and the physical store's inventory in the same order. Product availability is always confirmed in the store, and you will receive confirmation of the products when you get the notification that the order is ready for pickup. Store pickup is always free of charge.
Store pickups are held for 14 days.

- Matkahuolto Baltic (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) – Delivery time 2–5 days. Matkahuolto’s partner in the Baltics is Omniva (Estonian Post). The parcel is delivered for pickup either to the pickup point chosen by the sender or to the nearest pickup point determined by the recipient’s address. In Latvia and Lithuania, larger parcels are delivered directly to the recipient’s doorstep.

Orders delivered to the EU area include all taxes and fees. Orders are shipped with delivered duty paid (DDP) delivery.
Yeppo & Soonsoo orders are all shipped from our warehouse located in Finland.

Return policy
How do I return a product?
You must always notify our customer service by email first at info@vitaintegratorishop.com about the return. Returns are subject to a fee; see the next section "Return Costs".
If you want to return your order in full or in part, you can do so either by mail or in-store (except for the Oulu Godies x Yeppo&Soonsoo store). The return notification must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
If you have picked up your order from a Yeppo&Soonsoo store, you can return the products directly to the store within 14 days of pickup without prior notice.
Please include the following information in your message:
- Your order number
- Which products you want to return
- Whether you are returning the products by mail or in-store
Our customer service will provide instructions for making the return, and you then have 14 days to send the products back to us according to the given instructions. Products returned by mail must be carefully packed to avoid damage during transport.
Condition of the product to be returned
Exchange and return are possible when the product is unopened (cosmetics and lifestyle products), unused, and in its original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned. For health and hygiene reasons, the right to exchange or return does not apply to jewelry and hair accessories. Discounted products with an expiration date also have no exchange or return rights.
Exchanges are only possible in-store and apply to a replacement product of the same or higher value. The difference between the exchanged and new product cannot be received as a gift card.
If the product has become unsellable or its value has decreased due to the customer's use or actions, the customer is responsible for the full value of the product, and we will deduct the original price of the product from the refundable amount.
Returns of free gifts and promotional products
Promotional discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return a product received for free (for example, buy 2 pay for 1 promotions) after the promotion period, no money will be refunded. Paid products will be refunded according to the promotional price during the campaign period.
If you return the entire order, any free gifts must also be returned. Also, if after the return the conditions for receiving the free gift, such as minimum purchase amount, are no longer met, the free gifts must be returned as well. The value of unreturned free gifts will be deducted from the refundable amount based on their resale value.
Return processing time
We process returns in the order they are received, but no later than within 7 days of the products arriving at our warehouse. We will send a notification by email when the return has arrived. We will refund the returned amount within 7 days of receiving the products, using the payment method you used in the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. The refund delay depends on the service provider and is about 2 days. You will always receive a notification from the payment provider and from us that the money has been refunded.

For all returns sent by post, we always charge a return fee of €6.99.
We also charge a €6.99 return fee for orders delivered by post that are returned to our stores if the order is returned in full or if the remaining value after the return is less than €45. No return fee is charged for orders picked up from Yeppo&Soonsoo stores.

The customer is responsible to taking into account the storage times of packages at the pickup point and the delivery times for home deliveries. If the package is not collected within the storage period, if delivery has been attempted to an incorrect address (an incorrect address has been provided for the order), or if the customer has not received a delivery notification due to an incorrectly provided phone number or email address, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
For unclaimed shipments, we charge a delivery and handling fee of €6.99. Returned shipments cannot be resent.

If you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service at info@vitaintegratorishop.com. Notification of a faulty product must be made within a reasonable time, and no later than 2 months from receiving the product.
If the package has been damaged during transport, please contact the carrier that delivered your order.
Please note that any allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by the use of the product are not covered by liability for defects or claims. All products sold by Yeppo & Soonsoo are registered under the CPNP, meaning they comply with EU cosmetic regulations.
Although the safety of the products is ensured, it does not eliminate the possibility that an individual consumer may be allergic to certain ingredients. If you notice that a product causes allergic reactions, redness, or other symptoms, discontinue use immediately.

If you want to return any of the products you ordered, please contact our customer service at info@vitaintegratorishop.com.
The return fee is always at least €6.99. If the shipping cost to the selected country is over €6.99, the return fee is the same as the shipping cost for orders to that country. The return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. The customer is responsible for any other costs that may arise related to the return.
